My Idea is to have it as a central tower connected to all other bases, so it acts as some kind of zipline power repeater. The longer a zipline goes the lower the speed will be. When riding the Zipline the speed of it depends on how steep the line is. This does mean that longer ziplines you place to cross the map maybe slower.
