I have similar cpu i can reach 25 to 30 fps Try undervolting the cpu and overclocking the gpu , try messing with the setting in graphics options , try handled mode , maybe even lower the tesolution below 720 and upscale it with fsr , choose the best performance settings in nvidea pannel etc etc. 2.
