Can’t get weeklies until you hit cap. The full requirements are that you have to be 1500+ and that you have to have completed that particular lost sector on normal on that character before. If it’s not appearing for a character, go and do that lost sector on normal on that character and it should appear after that. Solves it 99% of the time.
