I’m trying to help my buddy with a new-to-him LBZ. All good until suddenly both P0090 and P0045 and limp mode. Truck commands and goes full rail pressure on startup. I checked wires from FPR back to ecm and no breaks or knicks. Key on I’m seeing 2.63vdc at FPR. I backprobed at the ECM and found the same 2.63vdc. I read that should be 12vdc.P0094 or P1094 show a slight difference but enough to throw a code. P0093 or P1093 mean there is a large difference between the desired and actual rail pressures. What I would do is check the wiring from the coolant sensor all the way back to the main harness. Use a multimeter and verify you have continuity from the connector at the sensor all the way back to the main bail connector that sits above the hardline coolant hose (the one that connects to your thermostat housing).

I changed it by removing serp belt, ac compressor, removing the two main plugs that rest above the hardline to the upper rad hose.
