If you're using the Blood scaling type, you can't grease it. You'll have to use Standard scaling. I think if a weapon causes a passive effect you can't put a grease of the same effect on it. I'm running a bleed build right now and it won't let me put blood grease on my Nagakiba.

At max upgrade the poleblade becomes 560 AR and the Nagakiba 519. It should be noted that the poleblade primarily scales with dex over arc and the Nagakiba scales with arc over dex.
