Through diagnosis I figured out the harness was bad (blowing fuses with no sensors plugged into it), so I replace it. I also replaced the two blink spot sensors in the rear bumper.

Your memory settings for the side mirrors are the lowered position, so every time you use the remote they return to their "memory" position. Simply move your mirrors to the correct position and use the following memory procedure to set the mirrors at the correct position.
