SE cam would be the 204 for solid performance, sounds easy to tune even still be under warranty. Power wise they are very good. Andrews 48,54,57 all bolt in for you engine. Most cams will put you into the 90-100 hp range call it 95 and tq 105-112 ... Cruster, I think the factory 103" motors use the SE 260 cam. While I'm no expert, the 203 is a mild cam for 88 and 95 inch motors, probably totally wrong for your 103. With the heavier touring models the Woods TW222 is a awesome cam. The TW222 has great low end/mid range torque, this cam turns on early and pulls like a freight train right up to the rev limiter. I used the SE255 and then went with the Woods TW222 and the TW222 beats the SE255 hands down. But with good pipes, tune and comp releases it will run great. 10:1 cr is moderate...190 psi ccc.2017 103ci Dyna Wide Glide – Feuling 543 Cams. The Reaper 543 cam feels strong on the road in the low to mid RPM range. Nice & smooth for a bolt in cam for a 103ci. It gave a nice increase in Horsepower & Torque across the board from 2250-4000rpm, but it will still pull strong to the rev limiter if required.

You don't need roller rockers unless you are running .550 lift and above. The tw6 is a .510 lift, the 37 is a .510 lift and the 26 is a .490 lift so none of these needs roller rockers.
