I'm sure there are some good step-by-step instructions on setting/adjusting the throttle linkage to the carburetor. Currently (after putting everything back together) my throttle at about 2/3 or 3/4 of the way across the throttle plate is still at idle.First verify your firing order..1-2-4-3. If out of order it can run fine, just lack power. Most 9n's never had timing marks on the motor to go by.
