Remove the egr valve. U don't not need to remove alot.of stuff. Remove the hose coming off the pressure regulator number 2 and plug it off on the return hose side. Put the other end into a container and crank the engine. Really shouldn't be any fuel coming out of it.

No start. You need injectors. When the fuel is cool it will make enough pressure to start. When the fuel gets hot it thins out and will not make pressure.
