I have seen prior replies here in LCP Max discussion and probably also on Ruger group on Facebook. The few replies I saw for the MCarbo trigger were positive. There was a old thread about the Galloway trigger being revised several times.

The trigger is a night a difference between the stock one. Installation was a breeze. I’ve ran about a 100 rounds of just fmj, but it is clear that the MCarbo trigger allows the user to dial in the trigger to bring the lcp max to where it should be.
