Make tier 5 inferium seeds (tier 6 if you have mystical aggradations addon) plant them on farmland, make a watering can out of inferium essence bars (the better the bigger range=more effectivity) and run around holding left click, and aim for the grown ones but make sure to keep watering all of them, just harves them with right click while keeping watering them.
