There's the standard Eyesight cruise control (you steer, it breaks to avoid crash) and then the adaptive cruise control (it mostly steers for you but you need to keep you hands on the wheel.) With Eyesight disabled (dirty window, bad weather, etc.) you can't use either of those cruise control options.

There are no Subaru Eyesight Driver Assist Cameras in stock in the US currently. There's a database for Subaru parts and they've checked the entire country for it. We've already waited a couple of months and Subaru says it will be at least 2 more months. The Eyesight Driver Assist camera is in many Subaru models. EyeSight will stay on when I start the car and continue to work while the fan tries to clear the fog on the inside. When the fog is completely cleared, EyeSight will turn off for couple of minutes before coming back. This only happens when the fan is full blast at highest temperature setting and only blowing on the windshield.My new C-Sport does trigger Eyesight errors (no cel) and so far I've found it related to interior fogging of the camera lenses.
