I took a look at the Seven Seas challenge going on right now and it looks...really intimidating. A Huge map, so many opponents and a recommended Domination victory. I'm also not familiar with the Heroes & Legends game mode. I'm relatively new (discovered the game about 4 months ago) and have won every type of victory at least once.

Covering three tiles is exactly what the panama canal can do.
