Oof. There is no way to clear your watch history. Not that I know of. I know you can edit you 'Continue Watching'' section. Press the X in Continue Watching. I just reached out to customer service and that isn't something that can currently be done. They are sending feedback back for review. I would say watch a few movies and series based on the genres you\family like and the recommendations will fix themselves over time. Also delete all of your "continue watching" section on the main home screen of your profile. If any of the sex content is in that section it may hurt more than help.
