Your own kingdom sucks. I've probably put about 500+ hours in Bannerlord now and can say fairly safely that making your own kingdom sucks. It's never fun to do and it's tolerable to just join a kingdom, stay in it and not do anything. These are the things that have to change to make building your kingdom fun in my opinion.
